In order to get the user permissions for a seller's Seller Central account, you will need to do the following steps -
- Login to your Seller Central account and click on Settings >> User Permissions on the top right-hand side corner of the page
- Once you are on the User Permissions page of your seller/client's account invite yourself as a user on their account
- Once you have completed the steps above, you will receive an email with a link to Accept and Continue with the process. Click on the link in the email, login to sellercentral.amazon.com and you will be able to select the seller from the dropdown on the top of the page
- Login back to your seller/client's seller central account and you should be able to provide permissions to your user account to be able to make changes on behalf of the client
